Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the proper and prohibited use of The Co-Parison Report service ("Service"). This Policy is designed as a guideline and is not exhaustive as such. The policy can be modified from time to time effective upon posting on www.coparisonreport.com.
The Service allows you to create and maintain hypothetical quote profiles and use these profiles for the purpose of generating insurance premiums for comparative analysis and to produce downloadable files containing the results.
As the hosting provider, Compu-Quote Inc. does not monitor the data that users supply to the Service. Compu-Quote Inc. will monitor systems and network resources and will only view the data to help resolve support issues. Compu-Quote Inc. expects users of this Service to use it responsibly.
You agree to abide by the following provisions relating to the acceptable use the Service.

You agree not to use or allow access to the Service to:
- Create, maintain or execute profiles and/or batches that knowingly generate system errors or exceptions that disrupt servers' performance or cause server-wide outages.
- Create, maintain or execute profiles and/or batches that consume a quantity of CPU or database resource deemed unreasonable in terms of expected use of the hosting server.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Attempt to access or corrupt other clients’ data.
- Employ misleading eMail addresses or falsify information in any part of any communication.
- Upload, transmit, disseminate, post or store any content that:
- Facilitates hacking or unauthorized access or use of data, systems, servers or networks including any attempt to probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities, or to breach security or authentication measures;
- Allows for unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic;
- Interferes with service to any user, system or network by using flooding techniques, overloading the server or a network, staging or broadcasting an attack, or any other means resulting in a crash of a host either deliberately or by negligence;
- Infringes or contributes to any infringement of any intellectual property, material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or proprietary right of any party;
- Contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, trap doors, or any other computer code, files, or programs or repetitive requests for information designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Service and any associated hardware;
If Compu-Quote Inc. determines that you have violated the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy, that determination, made at Compu-Quote Inc.’s sole discretion, is grounds for immediate termination of Service account without notice or penalty to Compu-Quote Inc. and user will be liable for any damage including consequential damages resulting from the violation of these policies.
